Project Brief
studioK was hired by the design build developer to lead the design of this new medical office building in Sheffield, IL. It was a unique arrangement in which the design needed to meet corporate standards of a large healthcare organization yet stay within the budget of a small rural clinic. The team consisted of numerous OSF leaders, the clinic’s doctor and physician assistant as well as their nurses and staff. Everyone’s input was heard and taken into consideration throughout the process. studioK provided full services to ensure that the design documents were translated properly through construction.
